Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer multiple shipping options based on your location, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country

Note: Expedited shipping is only available for select locations. If your address is not eligible for expedited shipping, this option will not appear at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to check the status of your order at any time.

We currently ship to the following countries: USA. Some products may be eligible for international shipping. See details on each individual item. 

Delivery Times & Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping method, and external factors. While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, Posturley is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Posturley is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors or building management before reaching out to the carrier.
  • Posturley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend purchasing package protection at checkout if available.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
