4. Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where explicitly stated for specific products.
  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at info@posturley.com within 15 days of receiving your order, along with photographic proof.
  • Some products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (via Spocket) who have their own return policies. If applicable, we will help coordinate with the supplier, but Posturley is not responsible for processing or guaranteeing supplier returns, refunds, or disputes.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any supplier-approved returns.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers may result in additional fees for reshipping.

6. No Warranties

Posturley and Healing Touch Chiropractic Petros, Cherra & Pirnia Corporation do not manufacture the products sold on this Site. All products are sold "as is," without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or durability.

If a product is defective, customers may be eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage if applicable, and should contact the manufacturer or supplier directly.
